Artist's Bio

Dominic Turner is a fine art photographer and printer based in Dublin, Ireland. His photographs have been exhibited both in Ireland and internationally and his work has featured in several magazines and books. He has also collaborated on projects with composers and theatre practitioners in Ireland.

The Dream Park series stems from an abiding curiosity in urban public spaces; Irish spaces in particular and how the general public interact with these contrived pieces of nature. These images are isolated fragments of the elements of public space design and the activities that this design engenders, both intentionally and unintentionally.

The series is ongoing.

Each image is printed at a size of 9" x 9" (approx. 23x23cm) onto acid free Japanese washi, backed with archival board and mounted. Limited to an edition of 25. Signed and numbered.
